#teenblogsunite - post one - 3 things I couldn't live without

Hello guys, I'm back from a long break from blogging, I have no reason for the break except school, recently it's caught up with me and i'm becoming a bit stressed. Anyway i'm back and I bring with me exciting news. Two of my good friends Chloe and Lauren have organised an amazing opportunity called #teenblogsunite, this will be fully based on twitter and is aimed at  young bloggers like me which consists of bloggers all across the country writing together and helping eachother out, i'm so bad at explaining so go check out one of the girls blogs because they would appriciate the support and love you to get involved, i'm super excited to start.

Anyway back to the post, the first post on #teenblogsunite is revolving around '3 things I couldn't live without' and I had to think about this for a while last night and i've managed to get it down to 3 things so lets get started.

Makeup.

Oh I know how typical of me, a beauty blogger, to say that I couldn't live without makeup. I love makeup a lot. It's so luxurious when you hand over the money and receive new and untouched makeup. Shopping for makeup is like therapy, I love entering my local Boots or Selfridges and swatching many varieties of makeup until my hands look like a 3 year olds colouring book. Could I pick one thing from my makeup collection? No. I could probably pick a section though. Eyes.

I love everything about eye makeup especially eyeliners, don't get me started on eyeliners. They are probably my most used makeup item ever, my favourite at the moment is probably the Soap & Glory 'Supercat' I love the way it glides on without tugging making it a staple piece for my collection and one that I will continue to repurchase. I also love pencil liners for my tightline and waterline, the define the eyes so clearly without the harsh liquid liner on days where you want a slightly more subtle look. And mascara, I love mascara and I've been recently reaching for my Benefit 'They're Real' because I never used to wear it, I found it hard to make extreme lengthening mascara work on me because my eyelashes are pretty long, I opted for mascaras which produced a thick lash instead of length, I love this now as with my thick eyeliner I can rock a long lash better.

The Internet.

A world without internet, I don't know what I would do. Probably speak to people in the flesh a lot more and go outside. The internet is my life and without it I wouldn't of been able to create an Instagram or a blog and been able to interact with all you lovely people. Creator of the internet, I thank you. Anyway linking to the internet I need electronic devices ;) So I decided to show you guys my iPad because It's where I do a lot of things like check emails, watch youtube, chat to you guys, all sorts. I don't know what I would do without the Internet.

Hot Bubble Baths with Candles.

After a long day of makeup shopping and internet usage I love to take a hot bubble bath, and candles make the whole experience better. One foot. Two foot. Sit down. Luxury. My favourite products to use in the bath are mostly Yankee Candles, Philosophy and Soap & Glory. I run a bath, add a few bubbles, light a few candles and relax, nothing more therapeutic and stress relieving after school or long family days.

Thanks for reading, I hope you all get involved in #teenblogsunite and interact with all the lovely people already joined.

Speak soon,

Ella :)
